Hot Child In The City

One of the best things about living in Ft. Lauderdale is its close proximity to South Beach. Last weekend my Husband and I ventured out to a couple hot spots that I would highly recommend.. Picture a single floral arrangement on a long wooden table in the lobby, hundreds of closed roses packed tightly almost as if they were formed into one. Through the glass doors a pool of crystal clear water filled with smooth stones, a floating fountain in the center. The place I'm speaking about is the Setai, a chic, modern and elegant hotel. Surrounded by comfy couches and romantic candlelight. I sipped  one of their many signature cocktails the Saigon Gimlet; their spicy take on the classic.

After drinks we took a stroll to The Shore Club Hotel to dine at their Italian restaurant Ago. Looking out from out table, our picturesque view included the all white cabanas lit up in red, lining the infinity pool. The vibe... cool. The food…. decadent.
But more importantly "What was I wearing?"

The look... Summer.

The Floral Skye Romper by Velvet Heart I paired with the very versatile Desert Belt by Rachel Pally
I topped off my ensemble with the Gaza Beige Blazer by Kova & T; the perfect shade of off white
For my feet I wore Lace Booties by House of Harlow
To accessorize I piled on Vita Fede 5 Wrap Capri Bracelet with Vita Fede Rose Anelili Bracelet
For my bag Balenciaga Arena Giant Hip Bag.

Designer Bio – Sheila Fajl

Sheila Fajl jewelry was one of the first collections we carried when we started 4Sisters1Closet! Not only because of the beauty of her jewelry, but because of the message she sent with each piece! Her goal is to be an inspiration, to make every woman feel beautiful without breaking the bank. Sheila’s pieces are created with one thing in mind: to make women feel good about themselves.

Born in Brazil and now a proud Californian, Sheila Fajl brings her extensive fashion industry experience to her original line of jewelry. Sheila began her fashion career as a model and went on to succeed in virtually every aspect of the industry: design, sales and marketing, management, and manufacturing. Sheila is a tireless entrepreneur and an artist with a clear vision and an irresistible spirit. A woman we most definitely look up to. She has said “I want my jewelry to not only make a woman look special; I want her to feel special.”

Her jewelry has been featured on a slew of celebrities and most recently a personal favorite of Sheila’s the Evil Eye Necklace (it can also be worn as a bracelet) was featured in the pages of Lucky Magazine.

Love Sheila and her message? So do we! So get ready to shine in any number of Sheila’s gems!

What we are wearing now!

Hello Fellow Fashionistas!

We are back with another... What we are wearing now! LA Based company fLuXus was founded in 2007, the name derives from the Latin meaning flow and the clothes do just that. Garnering notoriety when Project Runway winner Jeffrey Sebella, took the reigns as lead designer, fLuXus quickly became a celebrity favorite! The fit is contemporary; the fabrics and washes are uncomplicated but unique and we can’t get enough. Need one more reason to wear fLuXus? All the clothes are made in Los Angeles, California which we think it just divine. Mix and match pieces from the collection with a black blazer you already own. We also suggest pairing fLuXus printed tunics with liquid leggings and light weight scarves.
And since we know you’ll love it too, we are offering free shipping on your fLuXus purchase enter fLuXus at checkout.

Hands Free Functionality Meets Fashion

Imagine yourself at a rockin concert or a jam packed club. The music is pumping and all you want to do is dance! You throw your hands in the air and your clutch bag falls to the floor. Thoughts race through your head… the floor is so dirty, someone's going to step on my fingers as I reach for the bag. But worst of all, it's your favorite song and you just don’t want to stop dancing! Now imagine this…. a super cuff, designed to hold all those night time necessities. Enter... "Cuffs Couture." These accessories so stylish, they embellish your outfit and really allow you to seamlessly conceal all your essentials right on your wrist. Inspired by fashions seen on the runway, these cuffs are truly functioning fashion pieces that are a hassle free alternative to that cumbersome purse.

What can fit in the cuff you say? Lipgloss, cash, credit cards, and even your key.

Hands free never looked so good!

Kim Kardashian SHAPES-UP with SKECHERS

Kim Kardashian has the power! We all know that... To break hearts, to drive trends and to create mass hysteria. So its only natural that SKECHERS would choose her to bring some star power to Shape-Ups. I adore Kim; her style and her ability to make crowds gather no matter where in the world she is. So the question is.. Do I believe her when she says Skechers helped her shape up? I believe her enough to tie a pair on my feet for a day.. or two.

This Superbowl Sunday right around the two minute warning Skechers will air a sweaty, steamy all over seductive Shape-Up ad staring Kim. She will be breaking some guys heart...  Skechers never looked so sexy. I have a feeling its gonna be pretty hot.Check out these still shots from the commercial. Need I say more? They're Back! Tkees cosmetics for your feet!

They’re back! Everyone’s favorite sandals are back in stock and we couldn’t be happier. Not only did our customers love these sleek, stylish sandals, we too fell in love with them. Easy to wear and guaranteed to match any outfit, Tkees proved to be fashion fool-proof. Designed with the philosophy that Tkees are cosmetics for your feet enabling you to choose from an array of foundations, liners, shadows and glosses. So get ready to glam up your feet!

We suggest bringing a patent leather pair to a wedding to change into when you’ve had enough of those heels. Grabbing a nude pair to elongate your legs at the beach. Or sprucing up a basic look with a bright shade. Can't get enough of these amazingly versatile flats? Neither can we...

So even though the snow may still be falling in your city, we say buy them now and wear em later. With these thongs in such high demand supplies will not last.

XOXO,
Dana

You Wore It Best

Gone are the days of wanting to look like everyone else on the street. Am I right? Is there anything worse than walking into a room only to find another is rocking your look? Well, I can’t think of anything worse either. Lucky for you I have pinpointed some of the hottest trends to incorporate into your wardrobe. Ensuring you end up on the right side of who wore it best...

Take any black dress. We all have one. Now picture this... long lean legs… Sounds nice right? Well unfortunately we weren’t all blessed with them. No need to worry though. Throw on a pair of Winger nude Sergio Zelcer heels, the next generation of their best selling patent platform. I know I have said this before, but nude heels really make a difference. When these shoes arrived I literally had to fend off my sisters from them. Soft creamy leather shoes with patent leather heel and red soles finish off the look. (See photo) So although you can’t yet afford the original red sole shoe, act as if you can. We promise not to tell.

Nothing sets a gal apart more than some fine accessorizes. So, next up on our radar? High fashion head gear and bold baubles. Take the star studded stretch spandex headband by Gold Saturn. Demure enough for the refined lady, but edgy enough to wear with your favorite leather jacket. But if headbands aren’t your fashion forte, pile on pieces by Pono. Handmade accessories straight from Italy. Light as a feather and square shaped these resin pieces pack a powerful punch. In scrumptous colors like coco, lemon, pumpkin and mushroom these bracelets are deliciously decadent.

Dana
